There are many many personal trainers in Melbourne. Why is Byron different? This is why!
Byron takes his clients’ goals as his own, and as long as they are dedicated to reach them, Byron does everything in his power for his clients to get there. Byron teaches about nutrition, not diet, and makes you realise that there is no bad food, just wrong time and quantity. Byron pushes your physical strength to the next level and you will be amazed at what you can achieve.
We have personally known Byron for 5 years now and have been coming to his cycling classes and cross training classes. The workout in those classes has been hard and satisfying. However, a year and a half ago I came to Byron, because I wanted to see my abs. Byron wrote a nutrition plan for me and we were having once a week personal training sessions. Since then Byron taught me about food, by explaining things, recommending some reading, discussing what's happening in the body with different food at the different time. Under his supervision and guidance I managed to re-sculpture my body, become leaner and more muscular. He gave me confidence and knowledge in training and nutrition. Also one thing is fascinating about Byron. It is his amazing ability to motivate you. Sometimes I come to his training session drained and thinking how I am going to get through that, however just his presence gives me energy and 1 hour of hard training flies like one minute.
As for Tanya, she gained enormous confidence in the way to handle weight training, to push herself beyond the limit, to find out the joy of weight training, instead of repeating the same boring routine.

Ben has been my trainer (on and off) for the past 5 years. Being a registered nurse at the Alfred Hospital, Ben has tailored each session to assit with strengthening and maintaining the core muscles used to support my back to help prevent the incident of a back injury ocurring. When it comes to weight loss and nutrition advice, Ben is more than helpful and has often gone out of his way to develop a eating plan that I can maintain.
