Group PT:

For those who want to get fitter, leaner and healthier doing a mixed training session with like minded people - absolutely all levels of fitness are welcome. This group does all sorts of cardio, strength and core work such as boxing, running, body-weight exercises, cross-fit training, swiss ball work and much more - lots of variety and a bit of fun as well! All sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
