Ben Gross
Fitness Coach

Everyone knew that Ben was going to be a trainer. At the ripe old age of ……. 10mintues old, Ben had managed to roll himself over onto is front two arms into the position we call a 'soft' pushup! (Funnily enough, that’s the only push up Ben can successfully do, even today,- webguy)

Since that day, that moment, that single push up, Ben has breathed and lived health and fitness. So much so that he has been invited to run training programs within several schools, notably Brighton Secondary College and Wesley College, as well running numerous 'Specific Sport Training’ sessions with teams in different sports.

Ben's determination helped him reach one of his highest goals in 1999, when he represented Victoria in squash and was victorious in a 3 day round robin event.

After succumbing to injury in 2001, Ben jumped on to the bike, and has been at the helm for over 1000 classes! (But who’s counting). One of Ben’s main focuses today is personal training. The motivation, beliefs, and training processes that Ben believes in has allowed him to cater for a wide range of clientele, including sports people, tv personalities, emergency surgeons, young kids and mature adult’s.

Ben's friendly and happy nature help make each training session a positive one, and he prides himself on taking the best of care of his clients and that their goals that are intact at the moment, will be achieved very very soon!

“Think Big…. Expect Big” – Ben

As of more recent times, Benny has been working hard with the weights. If you were to ask him about his training, his most likely comment would be "Ahh, I'm just throwing some weight around!"

If that's the case, 'Throwing those weights around', led Benny to become the ANB 2008 Under 80kg Melbourne Champion.

Not bad for a little bloke!
